We also offer digital impressions, so no more putty in your mouth. We provide same-day, all-ceramic, metal-free crowns. We also offer an in-office insurance plan called a wellness plan, which gives you 20% off treatment. Most dental procedures have standardized pricing codes, and while our costs are comparable to most offices in the area, they may vary depending on the materials used and the specifics of the procedure.
Can your practice help me to understand if my insurance will cover the cost of my dental care?
Yes, whether we participate with your insurance or not, we will always research your full insurance benefits before we start any procedure. You will have a clear idea of how much your insurance will cover and how much will be out-of-pocket. We will discuss all these details with you, and you can decide if you want to proceed with the procedure.
If your insurance does not cover the full cost, financing options are available. We work with many third-party lenders, including CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit. Some offer interest-free financing for up to a year, and others provide repayment plans up to 60 months. As long as you qualify for third-party financing, we can make dental care affordable with low monthly payment options. For example, one company approves applicants with credit scores above 500.
Does your office offer a discount for paying in cash up front?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount if you pay in full in cash up front, provided it is not through insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts on insurance payments unless we offer the same discount to the insurance company. However, for out-of-pocket payments, a 5% discount applies if paid in full.
To recap, we are out of network for some insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and state plans, but we are in network with some private insurances such as CSEA and Cigna.
